Equipment Enclosure Fabricator Welder

Job Overview

Weld and grind contract products and perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

• Set-up, adjust machines, and equipment to produce acceptable quality products.
• Perform quality tests, certifications, and production checks as required by Quality Assurance or supervisors.
• Visually inspect products, record production data, report/record scrap, and perform rework as assigned.
• Make routine equipment adjustments to ensure process efficiency and welding standards are maintained.
• Manually repair or hand weld products that do not meet standards.
• Operate overhead crane, forklift, hand-held grinder, and other department equipment.

• Experience with MIG welding is preferred.
• Must pass a welding test.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and routing sheets.
• Proficient in using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.
