The Panel Integration Technician is responsible for the installation and integration of electrical components within control panels, switch gear, sub-panels, and other equipment enclosures. This role involves mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure proper assembly, functionality, and safety of electrical systems.

• Install push buttons, pilot and control devices, instruments, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, transformers, and similar components.
• Install bus bars in panels and switch gear:
  • Insulating tubing, boots, and sleeving
  • Tape or roll-applied insulation
  • Insulators and supports

• Perform bolting and securing of components.
• Make necessary corrections for minor fabrication errors:
  • Redrilling
  • Tapping
  • Filing
  • Cutting

• Perform panel installation and bonding.
• Prepare, run, and terminate conductors.
• Install cable tray systems.
• Mount and/or wire:
  • Lights
  • Strut
  • Tray
  • AC/DC distribution panels
  • Battery chargers
  • Switches
  • Conduit

• Complete any other electrical tasks related to equipment enclosures.
• Perform touch-up painting as required.

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to use hand/power tools
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail/quality oriented/organized
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics
