Recruiting admin

Recruiting admin for commercial projects. Assist screening, onboarding, and relationship management in both English and Spanish to support project staffing needs and company growth.

• Screen resumes, present qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Verify certifications, licenses, and safety training (OSHA, NFPA where applicable).
• Assist candidates in hiring pipeline, track status, and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
• Manage onboarding, drug screens, I-9 verification, and credentialing.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety requirements; maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
• Provide continued candidate engagement.

• Fluent in Spanish and English: able to read, write, and speak professionally in both languages.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume office tasks.

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English)
• Technical understanding of electrical construction
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with recruiters
