This person with will be triaging and troubleshooting IT issues for the field while simultaneously safeguarding Motions infrastructure and environment. Some issues may include cloud based and proprietary software and platforms, PC, Active Directory, connectivity, nework, configuration protocol, IAM, acquisitions, automation, etc. This person will need strong communication as they will be documenting and communicating cross functionally, dealing with in person and remote employees.
Skillsand Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of IT support experience
- Proven experience with MACOS, Windows, and O365 platform software
- Experience with Workday, cell point, active directory, and azure
- Strong understanding of network architecture and network security
- Experience with direct and remote triage and troubleshooting a variety of problems (some may include acute, singlar user to multi-layer enterprise network issues)
- Proven ability as the point of contact for IT support issues with high touch service while communicating cross functionally
- Supporting large enterprise environment
- IT certifications (A+, Network+, software, Security +, MS900)
- Data analytics
- Cisco Web Ex
- PowerBI
- Dynamics 365
- Fortinet network geat and operations
- VOIP
- Service Now
- Asset Management
- SSCM
