Tricon Wear Solutions LLC seeks a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and mature the quality function across fabrication, welding, hardfacing and machining. You will own the QMS, drive process improvements, and raise first-pass quality while reducing variation across sites.
You will be floor-present, perform root-cause investigations, and partner with Engineering and Operations to improve drawings, handoffs, and throughput.
