Top pay for top performers, including incentive and bonus opportunities (depending on position). Generous PTO and company benefits are provided.
- Up to $130,000 on average First Year Total Compensation. Total Compensation is Hourly plus Spiffs/Commissions (depending on center).

- Works under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
- Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
- Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
- Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required.
- Delivers and removes parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
- Records all required information on a handheld device and completes forms and paperwork accurately; collects payment from customers.
- Communicates with dispatch to provide status updates on activities and availability.
- Delivers excellent customer service and sustains high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promotes products and services to customers and communicates leads to the Sales and Service Coordinator.
- Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters.
- Follows standard procedures and ensures vehicles are stocked, returns defective warranty parts, and reorders stock as needed.
- Performs similar/other duties as needed and maintains regular, reliable attendance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reports unsafe acts, conditions and hazards to the supervisor/manager immediately.
- Reports contraventions of legislation or company policy, procedure or program to the supervisor/manager immediately.
- Carries out corrective actions within area of control and uses required PPE.
- Complies with company program(s) and procedures; operates devices and equipment as prescribed.
- Participates in safety initiatives, teams, or committees and reports injuries or incidents promptly.
- Provides input on safety improvements to eliminate exposures; does not perform acts that endanger others.
- Works in compliance with applicable legislative requirements.
- High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 1 year of experience; technical training certification required.
- Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by local regulations for the work area.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and related accessories.
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate required tools and equipment.
- Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
- Proficient at startup, balancing airflow, and aligning belts and pulleys with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in installing basic duct fittings and troubleshooting/repairing related systems (electronic air cleaners, refrigeration, hot water, steam boiler systems, humidifiers).
