Position Summary



JOB DESCRIPTION

• The NPDI supports the team in executing materials transformation initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow in supply chain transformation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to materials management and inventory.
• Support the implementation of digital tools and process improvements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and identifying trends or anomalies.
• Collaborate with site teams to gather feedback and support change management.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Experience in analyzing open purchase orders.
• 4–8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
• The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
• Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
• Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.

Time Travel Required

• May travel to different office or plants locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.
