A growing organization is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional to support the expansion of its Engineering and IT teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting, influence hiring strategy, and make a meaningful impact through collaboration, innovation, and strong candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, ensuring top talent is attracted and hired.
  • Build and enhance talent acquisition processes through strong relationships and effective use of recruiting technology.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement talent programs that meet hiring needs in a consultative, solutions-driven manner.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and improving process efficiency.
  • Use hiring metrics and market data to inform decisions and drive measurable results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance recruiting operations and candidate experience.
  • Approach work with ownership, ethics, and accountability, understanding its impact on business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Background in hiring engineering, IT, or technical project/product management roles highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives while prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support hiring decisions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused, and evolving environment.
