• Respond to service requests for minor repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance orders.
• Manage parts inventory and submit daily performance reports.
• Train Level I technicians, prioritize work, perform basic structural maintenance, and other duties.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1+ years of general repairs and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership, peer‑to‑peer support, effective communication, stretch‑assignment handling, facility ownership, and time management.
