The Driver will distribute products and work materials promptly to our customers and business partners, representing Trulieve professionally and cost‑effectively to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Transport products between Trulieve facilities and wholesale locations throughout the state.
• Work varied hours, including irregular shifts and days.
• Load and unload vehicles at destinations; prepare transportation manifests and obtain signatures in compliance with DOH regulations.
• Follow routes and schedules.
• Prepare orders and maintain inventory control.
• Complete logs and reports.
• Follow DOT/OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Proven working experience as a driver.
• CDL license preferred.
• Complete availability for long‑minute trips throughout Ohio.
• Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to drive in varied weather and traffic conditions.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Ohio driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Compliance with all legal and company regulations for the cannabis industry.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

• Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet and carry such weight for a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Work seated or standing at workstations for extended periods, maintaining balance while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching; use hands/fingers for frequent grasping, turning, picking, and pinching.
• Handle organic matter daily; wear required PPE (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection) and endure hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 °F or greater).
• Maintain visual acuity (with or without aids) to read, view computer terminals, and inspect details; clarity of vision 20 ft or more during day and night/dark conditions.
• Speak and communicate verbally at conversational levels with coworkers and vendors (moderate noise).

40+ hours weekly with flexible hours based on departmental needs. Availability required for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position may require after‑hours work during emergencies.
