✅ Deliver engaging lessons 1:1 or in small groups
✅ Support learners in core subjects (English, Maths, Science – or your specialism)
✅ Track student progress and provide clear feedback
✅ Adapt lessons for SEN, SEMH, or other additional learning needs
✅ Motivate and inspire learners to reach their potential
✅ Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
Experience in tutoring, schools, or alternative education
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Patient, adaptable, and approachable
Qualifications desirable:
Degree, PGCE, QTS – experience can compensate
