Job Description

The Manager, Finance reports to the Associate Director Finance and is responsible for leading both the consolidation and the reporting of US Sales, Gross Margin and SG&A. The Manager, Finance is responsible for managing cross-brand reporting to support the Facial, Body Contouring and PRM FP&A teams. This position will partner with key members of the team to implement process enhancements, to develop new tools (Power

BI) and to manage and streamline Sales/SG&A management reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-brand Sales, Gross Margin & SG&A reporting for PLN, LRP, LBEs and Actuals
  • Partner with brand FP&A to harmonize and automate cross-brand reporting to streamline day to day analysis
  • Lead executive US daily & weekly sales reporting
  • Lead development and implementation of reporting & analytics tools (Power

    BI) in the areas reporting of SG&A, Gross Margin and Sales
  • Operate independently to prepare relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and support submission of Global management reporting schedules
  • Lead monthly close reporting, analysis and submission to Global
  • Creation and preparation of templates and presentations for annual LRP and Plan processes.
  • US SME for SAC
  • Lead payroll forecasts and interpret actuals, and any Ad-hoc analysis as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
  • Power BI experience preferred or willingness to learn
  • System knowledge in SAP, BPC and SAC
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with ability to integrate in a matrix environment and build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Self-starter with ability to operate independently drives processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility
