We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team on Mitie client sites and maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.

Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.

Ensure staff follow task schedules and health & safety procedures, providing technical training as needed.

Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage material use and reorder stocks.

Address issues professionally and refer to the line manager where appropriate.

Assist the site team with cleaning beats during shifts.

Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.

Strong communication skills, reliability, hard work, and a professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule.

Subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
