Job Description Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the General Operative will play a key part within the production process of the Timber Frame and Roof Trusses. General Operatives are required to build pre-cut timber into various panels, gables, and trusses and liaising with maintenance to ensure tasks are completed. Full training will be provided for this role. Candidates must be willing to work on a 3 shift pattern (DS 7am-3:15pm, BS 3pm-11:15pm and NS 11pm-7:15am).
