You’ll play a key part in keeping production running safely, efficiently and on schedule by ensuring equipment, rooms and materials are cleaned, prepared, assembled and ready for use. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll support day-to-day production priorities by staging materials, maintaining clean‑hold timelines, completing GMP documentation to a high standard and communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues if anything risks causing delays.

You’ll also contribute to an audit‑ready workplace through strong housekeeping, 5S and continuous improvement while following EH&S expectations in everything you do.

This role is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights & 4 shifts off working 8 o’clock to 8 o’clock.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment with strong focus on safety and quality OR degree qualified in a relevant scientific area.
• Effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.

• Experience working to GMP standards.
• Familiar with 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Exposure to risk assessments and basic root cause analysis support activities.
• Previous systems experience such as SAP.
