DescriptionJob Overview: The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for Client Accounts Receivable and Delinquency Tracking. This position is a critical member of the accounting team. The successful candidate will have relevant accounting experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment. The role requires an individual who is ambitious, self-directed, and capable of working autonomously or with leadership to meet the company's financial goals.
Compensation: $21-22/hr first
Service Residential will pay based on experience, education, and responsibilities. Salary may vary depending on the client's directives and is subject to future adjustments.
- Ensure delinquency actions are carried out as per association policy.
- Prepare and distribute monthly delinquency reports to the Board of Directors.
- Assess legal fees from collection attorney invoices.
- Maintain and monitor delinquency files per procedures.
- Monitor trust deed sales/foreclosures and update systems timely.
- Assist in cash receipt allocations.
- Process ownership transfers, address changes, and violation/fine requests.
- Maintain accurate client information files.
- Assist in duties for absent personnel.
- Handle client inquiries regarding accounts receivable and delinquencies.
- Attend work and meetings punctually.
- Follow quality procedures and participate in projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Technical accounting knowledge with analytical skills.
- Organizational skills to prioritize and own tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word; familiarity with financial systems (Jenark preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and accuracy in work.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Sit for extended periods.
- Use fingers dexterously for typing.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
