Tax Supervisor/Manager - Irvine, CA - Hybrid

Elite Sourcing is working with a well-respected CPA firm in Irvine seeking Tax Supervisors and Managers to join their team. We are seeking candidates with experience in preparing/reviewing individual, trust and gift tax returns.

• Prepare/review complex individual, trust, gift, estate and non-profit returns
• Prepare/review year-end tax projections
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet all deadlines and commitments.
• Train and mentor tax staff
• Preparation of client billing
• Perform tax research
• Manage client contact

• 4 or more years of experience in public accounting preparing/reviewing individual, trust and gift tax returns
• BA/BS degree in accounting or related field
• CPA, EA or JD license
• Strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality service and excellent customer service, team-building and time management skills.
• Clear, concise, professional and thorough verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical competencies must include experience with Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
• Experience with CCH Axcess, a plus.
• Able to work independently from home but can work in the office everyday if you choose.
