Headquartered in Irvine, California, EBizCharge specializes in developing integrated payment solutions that facilitate electronic payment processing within ERP, CRM, Mobile, and eCommerce applications. Our applications are PCI compliant and fully integrated with major ERP/accounting systems, including Quick Books, Sage, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, Epicor, Acumatica, and major online shopping carts, including Magento and Woo Commerce. • Proactively contact all assigned clients to build warm personal connections and ensure a positive experience.
• Identify from clients how the company can improve and share with management.
• Reassure clients and escape concerns appropriately, communicate with clients until concerns are resolved.
• Verify the business software clients use and ensure all clients are utilizing products including integration and email payment tools, and other products.
• Obtain positive customer surveys, online reviews, references, and client referrals. Three referrals requested after all positive client interactions.
• Discover if clients belong to any associations and work with any software resellers - generate potential partnership opportunities for the company.
• Enter all updates correctly in the company’s CRM system and notify relevant parties if impactful changes are requested by accounts.
• All other tasks as directed by sales leadership.

• Bachelor'sdegreeis highly preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team.
• Must be driven with a strong work ethic.
