Senior Accountant
Location:
Irvine, CA
Base pay range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year
- Support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Assist with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across accounts
- Help improve accounting processes, internal controls, and workflow
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (AP/AR, Operations, Finance)
- Support audits, schedules, and ad‑hoc projects as needed
- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA preferred (not required)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, analysis)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Net Suite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Quick Books, etc.)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Salary up to $125,000 + performance incentives
