A well-established CPA firm in Orange County is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee internal accounting operations and lead outsourced teams supporting a large client base. This role is focused on firm-side accounting leadership and review.

• Oversee firm accounting and bookkeeping operations
• Manage and review work from outsourced empoyees supporting
• Own general ledger activity, month-end close, and internal financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across accounting processes

• 5+ years of accounting experience (CPA firm background strongly preferred)
• CPA highly preferred
• Experience overseeing accounting teams or outsourced resources
• Strong technical accounting and Excel skills

• Stable, established firm
