Staff Accountant
This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity based in the Irvine, CA area.
Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Review and validate accounting records and transactions
- Assist with periodic audit processes
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Irvine, CA
- Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
- Minimum of two years of corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Familiarity with Quick Books, SAP, or Peachtree is a plus
- Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Mid-Senior level
