Key Responsibilities:
- Perform specific Accounts Payable accounting activities through the input of accounting transactions and the monitoring, coordinating, and summarizing of accounting results
- Calculate and prepare monthly Accounts Payable accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations and metrics
- Support month end close processes
- Determine propriety of Accounts Payable accounting entries associated with projects, accounts, and trial balances in accordance with financial policies, practices, and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
