Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support audits, reporting, and other accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:
1-5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (role dependent)
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (Quick Books, Net Suite, Sage, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Accounting or Finance degree preferred but not required
