Job Details

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. This position is responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial results
• Assist with consolidated financial statements and internal management reporting
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Analyze variances and provide insights to management on financial performance
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and GAAP standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting efficiency and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
