Job Responsibilities:
- Support month-end close by preparing reconciliations for high-risk accounts.
- Review and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Oversee fixed assets and capital projects accounting, including depreciation and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with revenue and expense analysis.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure proper capitalization and compliance with GAAP.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality work.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, auditors, and external partners professionally.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate financial information clearly both verbally and in writing.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Understand GAAP and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently;
Oracle Fusion experience is a plus. - Possess or pursue CPA certification;
California license preferred.
