Accounting Assistant, Accounts Receivable/ Collections
Adecco is currently looking for an Accounting Associate. This is a direct hire opportunity, with starting pay rates of 55k/year (plus bonus and Milage)!

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Accounts Payable:
Enter and update vendor invoices, process payment checks and associated reports. - Respond to vendor inquiries till satisfaction as required
- Account Receivable:
Enter and send sales invoices, process cash receipt by check, wire transfer and cash payments daily. - Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Collection of Aged Receivable:
Send statements to the customers, communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments. - Payroll :
Assist Accounting Manager in processing payroll by verifying overtime and PTO
- Accounting degree required
- 3+ year experience required
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Accounting Software experience necessary

Pay Details: $55,000.00 per year
