Join a community association management firm that supports homeowner associations and the residents who live in them. As a Resale Escrow Associate, you ll help keep home sales on track by delivering the HOA demands, documents, and account details that escrow companies and lenders need to close on time. It s a hands-on accounting role with visible daily impact

• Complete escrow company HOA demands and lender HOA questionnaires accurately against daily deadlines.
• Set up new homeowner accounts, update ownership verification records in the accounting system, and support monthly association homeowner billing.
• Respond to questions from homeowners, lenders, escrow companies, and appraisers, as well as internal property managers and accounting teams.
• Maintain and upload HOA documents and set up new associations on third-party resale platforms.
• Process refunds for overpaid assessments and fees, and help train new managers on escrow procedures.

Required

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting-related position
• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately

Preferred

• Bachelor s degree

• Earn $38.46/hour for professional accounting work
• Consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends
• Short-term assignment that adds HOA resale and escrow experience to your resume
