? A boutique CPA firm in Huntington Beach is seeking a Tax Supervisor to step into a key leadership role—with the goal of eventually taking over the firm
.
We’re talking real work-life balance, a beautiful beachside location, and a clear path to ownership.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare and review ~1,100 individual and 200–300 business tax returns annually
- Supervise and support a small team (1–2 staff)
- Oversee bookkeeping and client communications
- Serve as a right-hand to the owner, learning the ins and outs of running a successful firm
- CPA preferred (EA also considered)
- Prior experience in public accounting (tax-focused)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership potential with interest in partnership/ownership track
- Up to $120K base + 20% annual bonus
- 401(k) with 4% match + health stipend
