A well-established Japanese company is looking for an Admin & Accounting Assistant
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Assisting with the preparation of accounting / financial reports
- HR support
- Sales / business operations support
- Office management and facility management
- Supporting integration between the new inventory management system and Quick Books
- Other general administrative duties as needed
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch). Full on-site.
- Irvine, CA (full on-site)
- $65,000 - $70,000 per year (DOE)
- Health insurance: 100% employer-paid for the employee / 50% for dependents
- 401(k)
- PTO: 9 days (1st year), 12 days (2nd year)
- Sick leave: 5 days
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- 3-4 years of accounting experience required (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Quick Books (QB) experience big plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good cultural fit (personality is highly valued)
- Able to commute and work full on-site in Irvine
