The Assistant Controller is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Irvine, CA. This position will assist the Controller in accounting, financial reporting, month‑end close, audit, tax, internal controls, and financial analysis processes. This role ensures the accuracy of accounting data and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Controller will also supervise our invoicing, accounts payable, and collection team members on a day‑to‑day basis.

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger transactions
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities including all supporting schedules
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting
• Provide oversight and support to the Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions
