Responsibilities

  • Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Partner with internal teams to develop property marketing collateral and manage timelines
  • Maintain property marketing materials, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Manage property listings across platforms (CoStar, Loop Net, My Listings) for accuracy
  • Coordinate photography, videography, signage installation/removal and vendor services
  • Coordinate broker events and open houses
  • Develop meeting materials including market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets
  • Conduct site search analysis utilizing GIS data and analyst reports
  • Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect meetings
  • Maintain contact/distribution lists and email distribution schedules
  • Prepare deal documents including, including but not limited to RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, and status reports
  • Monitor deal progress and update CRM databases
  • Track client projects from start to completion
  • Track and process expense reports according to company policies
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support
  • Manage email correspondence ensuring timely response and follow-up
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial real estate support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize/ multi-task effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Travel required
