Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone required; Southern California preferred)

Department: Professional Services / Construction Support

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $50,000 โ€“ $55,000 annually (approx. $26/hour)

๐Ÿงฉ Summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to support our Professional Services division. This role is key to managing and organizing construction-related documentation and workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across active projects, archives, and closeout operations.

Weโ€™re looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable using project management tools and construction applications.

๐Ÿ’ผ Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize construction documents including RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs, and closeouts
  • Track document revisions and maintain current project records
  • Coordinate document control, indexing, and archival processes across multiple projects
  • Support billing, invoicing, and project reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and timely deliverables
  • Use Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and other construction tools for document review and markup
  • Maintain compliance with project standards and documentation requirements
  • Assist with takeoff services and data management workflows as needed
๐Ÿ›  What Will Help You Succeed
  • 2โ€“3 years of experience in construction document control or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of document management and version control
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Procore and other construction platforms is a plus
  • BIM or AutoCAD knowledge is encouraged but not required

  • Full-time position operating on Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Remote work approved, with preference for Southern California candidates who can occasionally attend meetings in Costa Mesa or Irvine
