Volt is immediately hiring for an Admin Assistant in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a small branch office with 5 people but supporting all field workers
  • Process work orders and follow-up with field staff to distribute
  • Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders
  • Create jobs in system, check job reports, and audit field employee timesheets
  • Database maintenance
  • Provide superior service to top global customers when needed
  • Maintain and submit certifications when needed
  • Maintain field employee medical certificates, offshore certificates, fitness for duty passports and visas, etc
  • Organize offshore survival training and refresher courses

This is a full-time long term 1 year+ temporary opportunity.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This is a full-time onsite job at the Irvine, CA location.

Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of office administration experience
  • Experience with purchase orders, light invoicing, work orders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a small branch office environment
  • Experience with ERP system preferred, not required.
  • Proficiency using MS Office

Pay Rate : $20.00-$24.00 Per Hour DOE

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
