Hourly Pay: $34.71

Key Responsibilities- Provide warranty approvals for engine repairs to dealership technicians
- Record, track, and manage technical inquiries in the Technical Assistance Database
- Investigate and analyze vehicle specifications and system operations to resolve inquiries and validate service publications
- Prepare trend analysis and technical reports from the database
- Offer technical assistance to parts department hotline and technical personnel
- Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure consistent application of service procedures

Requirements- 5+ years of experience as an automobile service technician
- Dealership technician experience required
- Two-year technical degree in vocational/automotive technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Multiple ASE certifications desired;
Master ASE certification preferred - Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and OBD II emission systems
- Proficiency in computer word processing and database programs
