Pay: $18.00 – $23.50 per hour (hourly + commission + overtime)

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑first attitude
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
• Flexible availability, including weekends, since that’s when our guests rely on us most
