Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Xponential Fitness' portfolio of brands includes Club Pilates, the nation's largest Pilates brand;
Cycle Bar, the nation's largest indoor cycling brand;
Stretch Lab, a concept offering one-on-one assisted stretching services and group stretch services;
Row House, a high-energy, low-impact indoor rowing workout; AKT, a dance-based cardio workout combining toning, interval and circuit training developed by Celebrity Trainer Anna Kaiser;
Yoga Six, a modern boutique yoga brand;
Pure Barre, a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements; and most recently, STRIDE, a treadmill-based cardio and strength training concept.
The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio. The RSM will be responsible for insuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening and Grand Opening. Responsibilities:
- Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan
- Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
- Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers
- Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner
- Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
- Coach studios on customer service best-practices
- Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs
- Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
- Pre-sale or start up experience preferred
- Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
- Experience with grassroots marketing
- Experience with Club Ready, Mind Body or other gym POS & CRMs
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Robust bonus & commission based off of studio revenue
