Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities that align with Rand’s corporate strategy. They play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base and market share, forging new customer partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Ability to travel internationally is important to the role.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify target markets, & assess competitive landscapes. - Strategic Selling:
Develop and execute strategic action plans to target and win the right opportunities. - Customer Networking:
Establish & maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs & presenting tailored solutions. - Internal Partnership:
Ensure superb handoff of accounts to account managers through planning, sharing, & executing together. Work with leadership & program managers on complex opportunities. - Partnership Development:
