You’ll turn data into actionable insights, optimize CRM tools, and leverage systems to help drive efficiency across the sales organization. ** This role is hybrid and based in Irvine, CA. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance of the Irvine office and available to be on-site three days per week.

* What you will do:

*** Deliver exceptional service to all business partners, building trust and becoming a reliable go-to resource.
* Maintain accurate territory structures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to review and adjust territories as needed.
* Develop and manage quota-setting processes to support revenue objectives.
* Partner with stakeholders to validate quotas all data outputs to ensure fairness and consistency.
* Oversee key operational activities such as quarterly reviews, updates, and reporting.
* Ensure timely execution of deliverables and adherence to established timelines.
* Create and deliver insightful reports to support decision-making across the sales organization.
* Proactively analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
* Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
* Lead initiatives to implement best practices and scalable solutions within Commercial Strategy.
* Work closely with sales, finance, and other business functions to align processes and priorities.
* Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in data-driven decisions.

* What you will need:

* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field required.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or a similar analytical role.
* Proficient in using reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to interpret and present insights.
* Advanced Excel skills (e.g. index match, pivot tables) and comfort working with large datasets.
** Preferred**:
* Strong proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce; experience with configuration or development is a plus.
* Proven experience managing territory alignment and quota planning processes.
* Experience with Salesforce administration or development, including integration and customization.
* Strong understanding of revenue operations and forecasting methodologies.
* Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and implementing scalable solutions.
* Familiarity with incentive design principles and territory optimization strategies.**$67,500 - $94,000
** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
