Position: Sales Operations Analyst, CRM - Adventure Sports
The
** Sales Operations Analyst, CRM
** will serve as the primary administrator and strategic partner for Salesforce CRM, driving system optimization, governance, and user adoption across the global sales organization. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, efficient territory management, and seamless customer onboarding. The analyst will also lead forecasting, pipeline management, reporting automation, and Power BI integrations to support data-driven decision-making. Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Planning3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or related role.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Power BI;
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Experience with territory planning tools and customer data management systems is a plus.
