A leader in the B2C financial industry is hiring a Business Insight Analyst in Irvine, CA for a full time position, onsite 2 days a week.

Business Insight Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within mortgage, banking, or financial services.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working in relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Business Insight Analyst Responsibilities:

• Analyze reverse mortgage pipeline data, loan performance, and financial trends to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across lending, marketing, servicing, and customer experience.
• Partner with marketing and business leaders to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance, interest rate impacts, borrower behavior, and risk indicators to inform decision‑making.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and visual presentations for executive stakeholders.
