SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic e‑Commerce Sales Specialist to support our international expansion into the Mexican market. This role will play a critical part in managing account setup, FBA operations, product listings, inventory monitoring, and communication with platform representatives. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of understanding market trends, customer behavior, and competitor dynamics. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic e‑commerce environment while contributing to product development, operational improvements, and sustainable sales growth across Mexico.
Job Duties- Work with sales, operations, logistics, and product teams to support new marketplace expansion in Mexico
- Manage daily operations for Mercado Libre and support operations for Amazon
- Create and update product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
- Adjust pricing, run A/B tests, and support promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand, and maintain simple forecasting models
- Identify and resolve shipment or storage discrepancies, including FBA‑related issues
- Review sales performance and provide insights to help improve strategy and execution
- Communicate with marketplace account managers and coordinate with 3PL partners
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to support sales and product planning
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams
- Assist with product launch activities, including planning, coordination, and timeline tracking
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Critical and analytical thinking for problem‑solving
- Active learning with strong information‑organization skills
- Preferred:
Proficient in Google Suite, strong communication skills, Korean language proficiency
- 0–2 years of related experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency with advanced speaking, writing and understanding skills
