Junior Associates will undergo an intensive, quarter‑long training program to learn client‑facing and analysis skills. This program prepares Junior Associates to be onboarded directly onto large client projects and work in a team to solve client problems. This role is a possible multi‑year commitment with opportunities for growth and shadowing within ICG.
