The Platform Insights Analytics Team delivers data‑driven insights that guide content strategy, product development, and advertising effectiveness. This team transforms complex data into clear dashboards, audience segments, and performance analyses to support informed decision‑making. Collaborating closely with leadership and cross‑functional partners, the team applies advanced research methodologies and analytics to solve business challenges. • Manage multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives and category strategies.

• Collaborate with leadership partners to define goals, develop hypotheses, and establish research plans addressing key business challenges.

• Analyze complex data sets using advanced methodologies to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.

• Present findings and recommendations to directors, supporting implementation of business solutions and functional initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to deliver consultative solutions.

• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience managing multiple research and analytics projects supporting business objectives.

• Strong expertise in research methodologies, data science, and advanced analytics to address complex business challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Skilled in problem‑solving, hypothesis development, and data identification to inform decision‑making.

• Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance performance.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
