The Services and Support Operations (SSO) is a global leader of integrated MRO services and support. As a SIOP and Demand Specialist II (Planner II), you will play a critical role in driving our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and demand forecasting processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, OEM, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between demand and supply and continuously improve planning processes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment and confidently influence stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Essential Functions- SIOP Demand and Supply Reviews
- Prepare for and lead monthly Demand Reviews and SIOP meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Drive demand reconciliation processes ensuring alignment between demand plans and supply capabilities.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in SIOP processes such as demand load management, frozen period management, and forecast ownership.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Finance and Programs for budget alignment and reforecasting exercises.
- Demand Forecasting and Planning
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using quantitative (statistical models, historical sales data) and qualitative inputs (market intelligence, customer feedback). Experience with Logility preferred.
- Consolidate, analyze, and validate forecasts collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Generate and communicate a 24-36 month rolling demand plan aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Communicate demand planning performance, challenges, and opportunities to management and relevant business units.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review forecast changes, potential risks, and mitigation plans.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the demand planning function.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management.
- Data Analysis and Problem Solving
- Extract and interpret data from multiple sources to identify root causes and support data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot forecasting and MRP issues to improve accuracy and efficiency.
