As our Director of First Impressions, you'll be the warm, organized person who turns a homeowner's first question into a booked design consultation. You'll also keep our office, our marketing and our company culture running smoothly. Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is an award-winning residential Design-Build firm that has served Orange County homeowners for 40 years. We specialize in whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and additions. We're a close-knit team that takes both our craft and our culture seriously.
What You’ll DoThe primary responsibilities of the Office Coordinator & Client Relations role include but are not limited to the following:
Client Experience- Answer and route all incoming calls, so every caller feels taken care of
- Schedule complimentary in-home design consultations for our Design Consultants
- Follow up promptly on every new inquiry by phone call, text, and email
- Assist past clients to through the handyman/warranty process and coordinate with the Production team
- Own our CRM and keep client and project information accurate and complete
- Scan completed job files and save on company server
- Track and provide weekly lead-status reports and update monthly Sales Report
- Manage Client Referral program
- Engage in local community groups through social media referring to Sea Pointe
- Assist with booking, planning, and facilitating educational client workshops
- Assist with set-up for quarterly company All-Staff meetings (food, tables, chairs)
- Assist with employee gifting or company apparel organization and inventory as needed
- Support the President and the sales leadership team as needed
- Lead our Fun Committee and plan the events that make Sea Pointe a great place to work!
- Coordinate with admin team for ordering of supplies

- Detail-oriented. You love a clean calendar, an accurate database and a process that works.
- Proactive. You spot what could run better and fix it without being asked.
- A clear, friendly communicator by phone, email and text
- Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft 365. Experience with Job Tread or construction is a plus but not required.
- 5+ years in hospitality, customer service, reception, office admin or a similar role
