• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Analyze large amounts of data from primary and secondary sources to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Develop insights and strategies to inform product, pricing, and marketing decisions.
• Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and other methods of gathering customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain databases of market research data.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of research strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and analyze customer feedback.
