WhatThe Role Looks Like
As a Night Support Worker, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day‑to‑day activities such as getting washed, dressed and out to school. With the good times will come challenging times, our homes accommodate young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs. Although our Residential Support Workers describe the strong relationships and lasting memories created together as more rewarding than the challenges.
For them, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a young person overcome difficulties and progress.
Please note - due to the location of this home and nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence as you are required to transport our young people to external locations.

Our homes provide a unique community‑based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. The team assists children and young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and to ensure they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspris Scotland into the wider post‑school world.
