Junior Estimator - Multifamily General Contractor

Join a fast‑growing general contractor taking on new and exciting multifamily projects with the office based in Irvine.

As a Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates by analysing drawings, performing quantity take‑offs, and assisting in the assembly of detailed bids for review by senior staff. You will also liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and project alignment. Working under experienced guidance, you will gain hands‑on exposure and develop a strong understanding of the estimating process.

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr (based on skills and experience)

• Read and understand plans effectively.
• Support senior estimators in bid preparation and tender submissions.
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Perform quantity take‑offs for materials, labour, and equipment from digital plans.

• At least 2 years experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Estimator role.

Base salary up to $100k bolstered by additional compensation packages, benefits, a dynamic work environment, and exciting new projects.
