Construction Manager – Logistics Facilities (Confidential Client – Retained Search)

Open to candidates in or near any of our office locations (Southern California preferred).

We are conducting a retained search on behalf of a confidential client in need of a Construction Manager to join their team and support preconstruction and construction operations for a growing pipeline of logistics facilities across the U.S., with potential for international work.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative from the ground up. The Construction Manager will work closely with internal teams and the client during the preconstruction phase, supporting budgeting, planning, and operational execution.

• Oversee and manage preconstruction services for logistics facility projects
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and logistics plans from concept through construction
• Provide constructability reviews and support value engineering efforts
• Collaborate with developers, design consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Ensure seamless handoff from preconstruction into execution and construction phases
• Monitor progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Partner closely with leadership on operational strategy and best practices

• Proven experience in both budgeting and construction operations
• Strong background in logistics, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects
• Developer-side experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Must be able to work from or near one of our office locations – Southern California preferred, but we are open to other locations for the right candidate
