Job details:
Permanent Superintendent for our Commercial TI Construction division, based in Irvine, CA. This role involves a variety of projects ranging from office spaces and retail stores to ground-up construction and high-end remodels, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant GC experience.

• Overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle and ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of all construction activities and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Ensuring all construction is in compliance with design specifications and quality control.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Managing and mitigating project risks and issues, and ensuring safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Preparing and submitting project reports, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Participating in project planning and contributing to the development of construction strategies and schedules.
• Resolving on-site issues or disputes, and providing technical advice as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Commercial TI, Office, Retail, Ground Up, Remodel, and High End projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCM or PMP are a plus.
